One of the many things I love about God is that he offers us new beginnings everyday. In His Word, we know that His mercies are new every morning. For those of us that call on the name of the Lord, He extends to us his boundless grace and the newness of life that exists only in relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. Our God is a God of new beginnings. This is part of His character and what He offers us as His children.

I write to you while already on the road and so excited about my new beginning with Outside the Box Ministries. Begun in 1999 by Rolly Richert, Outside the Box, or OtB as it is more simply known, is a leading player in the Christian youth event production world. What does that mean? Plain and simple, we help plan, manage, and produce Christian youth events around the country, seeking to help organizations achieve and surpass their vision in ministering to a younger generation with the truth of our LORD. OtB is “famous” for its involvement in events, but the organization also takes on other projects including video shoots, website development, visual graphics creation, etc. Basically we have our fingers in just about everything in the production world. OtB’s willingness to flex to accommodate the needs of it’s clients translates into those of us on staff learning new skills and frequently diving into unknown waters. All of this keeps our ministry very fresh and fun, and it allows us to be lifelong learners—a goal I’ve always had for myself. OtB is incredible at valuing clients by truly loving them and helping them meet and surpass their God-given dreams for their respective ministries. Above all else, OtB as an organization, loves God and depends solely on Him for its strength and direction. This is a new beginning that I’m very excited about--one that I trust God will use to grow and stretch me in my desire to serve Him with my life. I covet your prayers!
