Onsite Staff and Gear

On-site Management
OtB can manage and coordinate all production aspects of people and technical gear while on-site at an event or video shoot. OtB can organize the efforts of staff, volunteers, and hired personnel during the processes of load in, setup, sound checks, main program, tear down, and load out. OtB's on-site management includes the role of a producer who "calls the show" by directing the OtB and production crew staff - including a stage manager, graphics director, video director, sound engineer, and lighting director - as they organize everything and everyone on stage and screen.

Crew
OtB can secure a professional sound, light, and/or video crew to provide all technical aspects needed to produce an event and/or product. Our partnering production teams can travel anywhere in the USA, and we can provide any level of production support - from small venue settings to large arena environments. OtB can manage communication with all technical staff, both pre-event and on-site, to ensure seamless development and implementation.

Gear & Venue Labor
OtB can research and secure all production gear and venue-specific personnel needed for any size event. In addition to the primary sound/light/video items that the production crew brings, OtB staff can find local vendors who supply items such as backline gear (band amps/instruments), staging, chairs, pipe and drape, setup labor (riggers, stagehands), props, and/or lifting machinery for use during the event or product production.
