OtB can be in regular contact, communicating task updates, exploring ideas, sending documents, answering questions, and solving problems at every turn in your project. We want your event or project to be an overwhelming success, and we will do everything that we can to make sure that it is. Budget OtB can assist in the establishment of a reasonable budget for the program, production, and marketing components of any size event or media project. OtB can classify this information into categories such as talent, sound/light/video crew, staging, labor, backline, signage, printed materials, etc. Music Licensing OtB can acquire all necessary music licensing for your event and/or media needs. We are familiar with CCLI and BMI-ASCAP-SESAC laws and are willing to ensure that every event and media project is in compliance. This can include but is not limited to lyrics on screen, live performance, and walk-in/walk-out music. We can process all paperwork and permissions. Training OtB can advise and train your organizational staff and volunteers in the many facets of event production and/or media development. Cooperating with your leadership staff, OtB can transfer our event and media production knowledge to your team to assist your organization toward maximum effectiveness.
